Bridget Grant, the Director of the Tikvah Center, found her passion for Autism when teaching in a typical third grade classroom in Plano, Texas. A graduate from the University Of Texas in Austin, Bridget was raised in Hollywood, Florida and attended a Jewish Day school for most of her life. Bridget began her journey with the Tikvah Center as a Lead Teacher with just two students and after one year, she grew the program to thirteen. The Tikvah Center truly is a place of hope; it fosters inclusion throughout the school and has enriched and strengthened the Gordon School community by nurturing empathy in our typical students. This year, Bridget was a presenter at the first Gordon School Inclusion Fair bringing the together renowned speakers and advocates in the Special Needs community. Bridget inspires her staff with enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to her beloved students!
